I have been working in the Middle East as an OFW since 1998. us the Grand Royale/ Woodlands in Malolos Bulacan. She showed my wife the map and gave us a copy of video discussing their business proposal and the company's existing projects. Because we trusted her so much, we felt that there was no longer a need for her to entice us. We did not even care to look at the map anymore but asked her instead to choose the best location for us. That very moment we paid for the reservation and the first amortization. First transaction was immediately completed.
The next year, during our annual vacation, my wife and I decided to visit the place. Wow, it truly delighted us because it looked like a city with a provincial ambience, the feeling of “there’s no place like home” was undeniable. It was indeed fascinating! When we went to the office to verify our payments, the welcoming was warm and everybody was just very accommodating.
Another year had passed and I was encouraged by one of the AVP’s to attend a seminar. She wanted me to become one of the agents for our fellow Filipinos in the Middle East . Initially I was reluctant because of the fact that I am in the paramedical discipline and not in the field of business. However, I got persuaded by the AVP’s persistence. So I did attend the seminar. My motive though was above all to figure out directly whether there were still matters hidden or untold but thanks God everything was just as crystal clear as how the agent explained to us. After the seminar, tripping followed because their goal was to make sure the agents get to visit all the areas they are selling. True enough, no word of enticement is still needed for their catchphrase, “land is a lifetime investment” already speaks so much of it. You can judge it for yourself.
